PFWorks, Inc. exists because too many teens and young adults are expected to “figure it out” right after life knocks the wind out of them.
- Aging out of foster care.

These are not character flaws. They’re life disruptions. And they require real support, not motivational posters and wishful thinking.
What We Do
We support teens and young adults ages 16–24 who are navigating major life transitions. Our work focuses on helping young people move toward stability, independence, and long-term well-being.
That means:
- Practical guidance, not lectures
- Resources that meet people where they are
- Support that respects dignity, choice, and lived experience
- Partnerships with organizations already doing good work on the ground
