Our Mission Statement
PFWorks, Inc. exists to support teens and young adults ages 16–24 as they navigate life’s most critical transitions. Through safe spaces, stable foundations, affirming care, and community-based programs, we help young people build confidence, resilience, and pathways toward long-term well-being and independence.

Our Latest Success Story
A Place to Be Heard
Last week, a small group of teens gathered for one of our Teen Safe Space sessions. Some arrived quietly, unsure of what to expect. Others sat back at first, listening more than talking.
As the conversation unfolded, something shifted. Stories were shared. Laughter found its way into the room. A few moments of silence were met with understanding instead of pressure.
By the end of the session, one young person said, “I didn’t know I needed this until I got here.”
That moment reminded us why safe spaces matter. When teens are given room to speak without judgment, they begin to release what they’ve been carrying. Sometimes the most powerful support isn’t advice or answers. It’s simply being heard.
At PFWorks, we continue creating spaces where teens can show up as they are and know they don’t have to navigate life alone.
